Senator Adam Schiff calls it correctly in this speech:  It’s a bad day for our country as well as a bad day for the Democratic party.

Nice words Senator:  But we aren’t the ones who need to hear them, who need to be convinced by your well thought out points.  You’ve got 10 of your colleagues who need to hear this.  Please stop trying to convince the rest of us until you Democrats in Congress get your own house in order; we about at the point of not listening anymore.
