Neil Peart, drummer for the Canadian Band Rush, died on January 7th.  Those of us who have ever wished we could sit on a drum throne and make rhythms like the greats know what a loss this is.  He ranks at the top of anyone’s list, right up there with the likes of Keith Moon, John Bonham, Simon Phillips, Buddy Rich, Levon Helm or Ginger Baker.
