My title says it all.  Richard Hudson – yes the same one I mentioned – whose website is so broken that you cannot actually contact him – is spouting off about how “Almost two months into President Donald Trump’s second term, the chairman of the House Republican campaign committee is already predicting his party will pick up seats in the midterm elections some 20 months away.”

I’m posting it here so there will be no doubt, when the midterm voting polls close and votes are counted, about any lies then when Hudson is shown to be a dreaming fool.  And the “liar” part comes from the idiotic way he goes on: “I just said that, it’s very important that all of us are communicating with our constituents, are very visible in our districts, very accessible. (Sorry Mr. Hudson, but no you aren’t; that’s your first lie in this crap you trying to sell to stupid people.)  “And it’s a shame that Democrat organizations are PAYING PEOPLE (my emphasis) to disrupt in-person town halls. (And this lie has really gotten old; we don’t care if Speaker Johnson has given you all marching orders on what to say – the TRUTH and reality is you republicans don’t like the fact that your constituents feel betrayed and lied to and are talking back – and you all don’t have the guts to face the music you have yourselves created!) And so this normal dialogue that we want to have with our constituents isn’t possible at in-person town halls. So we need to use technology to reach our constituents.”

Do republican idiots like this rep from NC’s 9th district REALLY believe that people believe their nonsense?  If so, then the “dumbing down” of Congress is apparently complete.  (Something we should have suspected, with the likes of Marjorie Taylor Greene running amok through the halls of the Capitol.)
