I hope the entire country – maybe most of the world – watches 60 Minutes tomorrow evening. That’s when we’ll hear more about the FACT – not “alternative truth,” not “fake news,” not “witch hunt lies,” but proven fact, that one of the January 6th insurrectionists got a call FROM THE WHITE HOUSE, WHILE THE U.S. CAPITOL WAS BEING OVERRUN.

Donald Trump campaigned about “draining the swamp.”  But more and more details continue to surface that he and his minions turned our nation’s Executive branch into the foulest, most fetid morass of vile rot we’ve perhaps ever seen.  (This is beginning to make even Warren G. Harding, Herbert Hoover or Andrew Johnson look like stellar statesmen.)
