So… On Saturday evening, federal judge James Boasberg unambiguously order the Trump administration to cease the deportation of any Venezuelans using the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. (And who in the hell dreamed up grabbing a 227 year old law to justify the ongoing fascist crap Trump seems to groove on?)
The White House’s “Border czar,” Tom Homan said on Monday, “We’re not stopping. I don’t care what the judges think. I don’t care.”
The only question that is germane to this topic now is this: Why in the hell is this person not in jail today for contempt of court? For that matter, since the “Buck” stops at Trump’s desk? Why is he not being indicted as well? (To hell with the supposed “immunity” the SCOTUS says he has – his administration has already shown that what courts think doesn’t mean a damn thing to them. OK, we’ll play it that way if he wants: Time for Trump to have yet another perp. walk and line up photo.
